Acquisition of European technology ventures by Chinese corporations represents an attractive investment proposition for financial institutions, as it offers the potential for rapid growth transformation through access to the large Asian market for the European entity’s technology and that the European entity will be utilized as a sales channel for the wider corporate product line.
